Things in Vegas get built then nobody ever does anything with them. I've seen brand new buildings sit vacant then in 2-3 years they tear them down.

They've already had ticket drives to gauge interest.
And I think the owners are voting on it this summer, or in the fall.
The guy who would be the owner has said he likes the name The Black Knights.
This one looks like it might actually be happening.
