Friday April 10 2015... My last day

Last night, I was chilling out with the baby, about to get her put to bed when my phone began to blow up. Jim's mom had been drinking all evening with her sister and was absolutely hammered. I guess she fell on her garage floor and proceeded to puke all over herself. I had to wake him up to go over there to help pick her up off the floor. Meanwhile, his cousin and mom's other sister kept blowing up my phone to see what was going on. He had so much trouble with her that he had to call an ambulance. He told me that she was ranting so much and it was unlike any other time she had been drunk that he was starting to think that she was having a stroke. She's home recovering from being 3x the legal limit.

It's weird. My mom doesn't drink, so it throws me off that anyone would have to deal with that. I sure don't want my kid to have those kinds of memories of me.

Good lord.

My mom has 2 or 3 glasses of wine, and she's about as drunk as she can get.
And then all she does is tell me stories that she's already told me.

From what I understand, she had a few margaritas and then some beers.. I suspect she drank more than what they told me though.

As I was scrolling through, I was expecting to see the old Packard Plant, or Michigan Central Station.
Michigan Central Station actually just got a new service elevator, and is going to be getting new windows.
So, they might actually be planning to do something with it.
I think it was back around 2000 it almost became a hotel and casino, but by the time they legalized casinos, those plans had gone away.

His aunt said she didn't think his mom ate all day, but they had gone to a Mexican restaurant for dinner and drinks. Sounds like maybe she should have considered eating more/first. Almost every time his aunt comes to visit her it winds up with her getting trashed, just usually not this bad. LOL

A friend from high schools dad used to drink himself stupid all the time. His dad used to beat the shit out of him whenever he drank too much.
I remember my friend calling me one time at 2-3 am to help get his dad's car out of the ditch before the cops came.
That is something I swore I'd never do.
