Ya she was a lazy bitch. It wasn't much lights and some outdoor ribbons. She still has a playstucture here that she said she'd come get after the snow melted. Meh my nephews will enjoy playing on it at easter dinner

As busy as I am today... I have realized that I am grossly underpaid. How do you approach a guy who just lost his father and say that you need to be paid more?

1) Can I have a pay raise!?
2) Can I have a pay advance?

- my recycle employees literally do nothing. I won't pay them more unless I have to. Although we give them first opportunity to better themselves within the company and with that comes the pay raise

If you don't mind me asking how much do you get paid? As a warranty clerk at Maxim I started out at $13.25/hr by the time I left Maxim I was making $20.75/hr. Minimum wage here at that time was around $8-9. It's now $10.70.

I am only part-time and make $10.50/hr. It sucks, because I am so used to making a lot more. I've had a difficult time finding something that pays more in my range. I am hoping to move on soon as I land something. The bonus to this job is that it is a half mile from my house.
