I have an employee that left on sick leave over 6 months ago and I'm still dealing with him and his bullshit
His doctor told him he couldn't work for us anymore because of his health, why is it my duty to fill out a form 7 pages long asking what duties he couldn't perform and if we could adapt his job to his health condition.
We are a mother fucking construction company... If you can't pick heavy shit up, you can't work. If you can't wear a hard hat, you can't work. If the dust gives you coughing fits... Obviously this particular job doesn't work for you... Leave me the fuck alone.
