It's warmed up to -6F windchill here, but our wind is nothing like that. It's supposed to start snowing though.

It's the wind. I don't think there is such thing as a winter tornado. They dragged it back to our yard and jammed their excavator bucket on it but it's still slightly moving around. They just put the tarp on it yesterday. It had been sitting a metal shell for a few weeks.

I will say if the only damage it caused was to our fence and itself that's pretty good.
It missed ripping down the a. Bunch of power lines, the bulk fuel plant and any vehicles in our yard.

It's 3F without the wind and -18f with it. The schools are still running although the roads are blowing quite bad
