It's crazy that there's like no homes across the street from the stadiums. I would think that would be prime real estate anywhere else.

But, looking at the main headline picture, down and to the right of the stadiums, there's a round red thing, those blocks there is where the new hockey arena is going.
And there are some really nice condos right across the street from that. But that's about it.

Another stupid thing that the main picture reminds me of, is just to the left, and behind Ford Field, there's a plain looking, white square building.
That's this beauty of a building.
A county jail that went almost $100 million over budget so they stopped construction of it.
Perfect place for a jail, right in the middle of an area you're trying to redevelop and draw people to.
