No shit, I am so full of rage. Really I have issues.

You have no idea. I have a very high patience level. I can hold things in for months and then one day someone will do something and I will go all out Hulk. I lose all control of my temper. It's the one thing I hate about myself but no matter how much I try to change I can't.

I can't. I have no patience and no real control of what comes out of my mouth. I speak my mind at work and offend people. It is 100% of the reason I am not making more money and am not in management.

I just don't take bullshit from employees, part of being a good manager.

Seriously T, if you want, set up a two week period in the Spring and I will come up as an adviser and set shit straight, just don't be surprised if it includes all new employees, a thick handbook and more paperwork. And Jim would have to do exactly what I say or shit won't work. I have personally written an HR handbook for a small company before that was top notch.

Fly me up, put me up and pay me for the 2 weeks and we are on.

Things are changing here. We had a little staff meeting. Put everyone on the 3 strike system. One employee is getting fired on Monday. One is one step closer to getting fired and the other one stepped up to prove she actually wants a job.
