Jim and one of our employees were talking the other day and it came up in conversation that our employee is going to propose to his girlfriend as soon as he can save up the money for the ring. Jim asked him how much more he needed to get it, now Jim wants to give him $1000 for a christmas bonus. I fucking lost it.

Seems it's better to work for Jim than it is Tina.

You've never been on the receiving end of a Jim flip out. I am the more rational one. I want to do a Christmas party or Christmas bonus but convincing Jim is more difficult than it seems and buying an employees engagement ring (for a women he absolutely detests) bothers me.
I truly do believe Jim is bi-polar. Yesterday he was all for giving the cabbage $1000 and today he wants to lay him off for the season.

Are you going to put in a pool? They are maintenance queens. When it's hot out you have to do the chemical thing twice a day. We found goiing in it every day kept the algae down but every day or two it needs to be cleaned. I see why people hire pool cleaners though.

There is a place in town that does a cookie of the month club. The 1st of every month they drop off two dozen different cookies for you to try.
