the carpal tunnel I have doesn't even hurt too much. My hands just go numb sometimes, or I can't hold onto things very tight. sometimes I'll get into a position where pain shoots up my arms, but I know how to avoid that situation now, for the most part.

My fingers are pretty much numb. If I wear a brace for a few days and not bend my wrists I start to get feeling back. I got shots in my wrists a few years ago and it helped a lot. I also get an electrical shock feeling that shoots up my arm.

I don't have carpal tunnel yet but I do have a broken rib that wasn't set so every once in awhile my lungs hook the rib. That's painful, not to mention hurts to breathe
