A recruiter wants to place me in a job that's 56 minutes away which is twice my commute and from 19 miles to 41 miles. The pay would increase 7,800 a year. I need to make some calculations to see if it's worth it.

Ugh, I hate the commute I have of 25 miles. I can't imagine a longer one.

ummm... no
at $3.50 per gallon times the extra 11,440 miles, saying you get 20 miles to the gallon, roughly an extra $2000 in gas per year, making your raise only about 5K.

Hmm... I also have to factor in the amount of travel to do per week. Since half my time is spent here and the other half is spread out around central PA. The new job would be internal IT so no travel.

They are talking about Jean on the show. I was in TJ Maxx a few months ago and bought some Lucky Jeans for like $25. A few weeks ago I saw the exact same pair int he mall for $110. TJ Maxx is the shit when you can actually find clothes in your size.
