I can't believe it's Wednesday. The last 2 days have been a blur. Servers were hacked, internet connections were broke and customers were pretty upset. I seem to have developed a way to handle pissed customers. When it's all done and their systems are back up they generally love me.

Today might just be one of those days all over again.

The best part was they had a 90GB Exchange database (email) and the virus deleted it. Thanks god for backups.
