I heard something that the NHL was hoping that Portland was going to get the Sacramento Kings, and the NHL would prefer to move them there. And expand in Quebec.
But I guess Portland fell through.
But, that's just one of the things I heard.

So my employer is going to make certifications manditory for people in my role. That's awesome since I'm not certified ebem though I have been doing this for the last 11 and a half years.

It's like $5,000 for training and 6 tests @ $150 each which the won't pay for.

It may be time to check out.

Well raises are frozen until you get certified. It would probably be a 3% increase.

Screw that, if it was something you could make back within a year, that wouldn't be bad.
