3/12/12 - Monday - Hour lost.

Also during this time it seems to be perfectly okay for everyone to watch basketball in the break room all day, fill out brackets, and be on the internet. As long as it's all college basket ball related.

Nope, not interested. Thanks anyway, Bracket Guy.

I just had a run in with the Riley Ford brackey guy. I don't mind, I'll fill it out later, and I'll fill out the DBN one, and I'll fill out whatever other ones come my way.

Sweet.
I'm doing a bracket tournament too.
Just fill one out and send me $20.
I'll let you know if you won when ever this stupid thing is over.
That sounds legit.

I bought transformers for my son, so I don't have any extra money to send to bracket people.

I still have mine from the 80's.

So did anyone NOT watch the Walking Dead last night? If so, you have until noon to speak up or we start talking about it.
I was a Little League superstar, don't hate.

Dudebro #5 on the Rich Davis poll and Dudebro #11 on the Steve Covino Poll.  Former Dudebro #18.

I'm listening to The Way by Fastball.
And someone told me it's based on a true story of an old couple who just drove off somewhere, let their car on the side of the road and disappeared.

I didn't.
But I'm not too worried about spoilers.
I already read something on a product description for the pre-order of season 2.

More unwanted 90's rock trivia, not on a 90's rock Friday.

Fastball, The Way

This song is based on the true story of Lela and Raymond Howard, an elderly couple from Salado, Texas who drove to a nearby festival and kept going. She had Alzheimer's disease and he was recovering from brain surgery. When they disappeared, a reporter from the Austin American-Statesman wrote a series of articles about the missing couple. Fastball bassist Tony Scalzo came up with the idea for the song after reading the articles (the band is from Austin). He says, "It's a romanticized take on what happened" - he "pictured them taking off to have fun, like they did when they first met." However, he found out after writing the song that the couple had died. They were found at the bottom of a canyon in Buffalo Gap,Texas (near Abilene), about a 3 hour drive from their destination. (thanks, Crystal - Springfield, MO)
