My bet is your target will be blinded by his arrogance. Watch and see...easy pickings. The only people we ever had difficulty with were those that actively utilized counter-surveillance. You can't watch your own back against trained operatives in public. We'd do three team (or more) rotating surveillance on people and once you know their habits (because almost nobody ever mixes it up) they are easy marks. The more badass somebody thinks he is the easier they are to follow.

I have followed a bunch of cops, including SWAT guys, and not a one of them has ever had a clue.
