so 2,671,091 kb is roughly 2.6gbs

They are grandfathering unlimited, so what are you worried about? Do you not have unlimited now, I just checked, I do. According to the little bar chart thing on their website I also average 7.8 gb of data per month but I have only used 1.7 gb with 2 days left on my billing cycle

If you have the unlmited plan now, even if you upgrade to a new phone, you keep the unlimited plan when you sign a new contract.
I don't have to rush to get a new phone by July 7th now.

As rumored yesterday, all customers grandfathered into the unlimited monthly data will be allowed to keep it, even when upgrading to new phones.

I use it for my home internet using PDAnet.
And I download bootleg DVDs.
