it's still snowing woot: and the power went out last night. my smoke detectors chirp whenver the power goes out. we had to bring our daughter into our bed with us because we didn't know how long the power would be out and we didn't want her to freeze. however it was only out for a couple of hours.

You must have the hardwired 120volt detectors. That would get annoying.

Same way here. My parents had 2 escorts, my bros Ex had a neon, my bro, his gf, and my cuz all had accords, and I had a Sunbird (which pontiac replaced with the sunfire in 95).
