FYI - State of Emergency is when the weather is so bad they want everyone off the roads and if you get caught, you are in deep shit. If you need to be rescued, you gotta pay for it all.

One year over New Years we ended up with almost three feet of snow... I was suppose to go to work but I called in because I was literally "snowed in". Tricia who I was suppose to work with lives 20 miles from me wanted me to pick her up because she was "snowed" in. They ended up taking 2 techs off the floor. One person did my tower job, the other worked the front counter with the service manager. Casiano wanted us fired for not showing up but Brennan said it was due to the weather... something he can't control.
