I disagree, every 5-10 years there is a skater who isnt very good, but because they are "different" in some way or another they get that monicker

Iva, I know EXACTLY how you feel, I am in the same boat, except I am half the country away from my bosses and have to do it by email, which makes it even harder and more nerveracking. I need to do this Monday without fail.
