I'd say that Tool is better then NIN.
NIN had one song that girls like to kcuf too.
They made one song that brings out the porn star in random girls, and as awesome as that is, that's it.

I love... Absolutely LOVE Nine Inch Nails.. There is sooooo much more to them than Closer (the "fuck" song you are referring to)... Violent Heart, March of the Pigs, Starfuckers Inc, HURT, Perfect Drug.... Sooooooo much more

Saw them live at the Palace, Perfect Circle opened, One of the greatest shows I have ever seen!
