No idea. Got a buddy who does commercial electrical working for someone else and he gets $53/hr on union rate jobs.

I remember the welding teacher at my votech school talking about that. Not real sure but I thought he said they make about $80hr for deep sea welding.
I was gonna take welding in votech back when I was in high school but chose electrical instead.
