I love talking to $1 an hour tech support.
I worked at a client last night for 7 hours last night rebuilding their routers, and re configuring the rest of their network because Comcast said there were no problems on their end. We even had Comcast on site for a while to confirm everything was ok. 7 hours later and many phone calls to Comcast someone on the phone said "Oh wow we screwed up."
Cost the client $700 fees to my company and a day's worth of downtime.
We asked Comcast for compensation and they said they'd credit them 1 day on their bill.
