I have two employees that are in early/mid 20's. I cannot believe the amount of stuff they just don't know. Very smart when it comes to work but know nothing about the world.

Anyone know if its safe to run a car without a thermostat in? There is a guy at work and his went bad on the way in, would he be able to make it home without damaging the car, by just taking it out? Its a 2000 something dodge stratus
