If it's the market that won't let you download it, but you have an online sirius account, I'd imagine if you could somehow get the apk file, you could install it and use it.

whats an apk file?

They are the exe files for android.
If you copy that file onto the Nexus, you can use a file manager to fine it and install it like you would something on a computer.

To do that, you'll probably have to go into your settings, under "security" and click on "Unknown sources", to allow installation of non-market apps.
