Nice but $166/sq ft. is a little high. With the current market you should be able to get something closer to $100-$125/sq ft.

damn good point, that's how much condos go for around here $130/sq ft

it's really nice, the ensuite has his and her sinks, a soaker tub and a shower. the concept looks open with the kitchen and family room. i'd say if you were buying it for you and 1 or 2 roommates it would work. then if you decide to get married and have a kid or two, i think you could still make it work. it's future friendly.

i couldn't comment on the price because i don't know what a house is worth anywhere but here. i always watch those home buying shows and i'm always wrong on how much i think a place is worth.

it would be for just me. Having a roommate would not be out of the question, but not initially

i dont know. I'm sure if I wanted to pay for a basement, or the city allows for basements then sure.
I'm not in the market to buy anything at the moment, but just looking to see what is out there that I like, to maybe make the process easier in a couple of years

I never considered it that way, i was looking at overall price. I'll keep that in mind. You thing 125 is about top end?
