Yeah. I'm not rolling around in dollars, but I do pretty good for being a high school graduate, that didn't really settle down until 4 years ago.

I didn't spend a decade, 5 years. IF I go for my masters, which I will soon, that is another 3 years. A doctorate would be another 3 to 4 years. I want my masters so I can teach at Duquesne when I retire. Plus I enjoy my major and want to learn more.
I was a Little League superstar, don't hate.

My highest degree is high school.

I did 4 years in college and I barely survived that. There was no way in hell I was going on for 2 or 4 more years to get my masters in mechanical engineering, eff that.

You are probaly making decent money too, and actually like going to work?

When I get up in the morning, I don't dread going to work. Having to work sucks, but if you have a job you can go to, and enjoy, that makes it worth it.

History is the one I want to teach, my grad focus will be European History. I also have a degree in Sociology with a focus in Criminal Justice and a minor in general English.

The money's okay but yeah, I very rarely dread going into work in the morning. I'd sooner make $3hr less at what I'm doing now than being stuck in a warehouse all day. If I really wanted to make more bucks, I'd have to move to a big city. I'd love to move out to Vegas to maintain the camera systems at the casinos. If things here would ever go to shit, I'd consider trying for that.
