i hate the anticipation of an angry customer that's on his way here to argue with me. he rented a car and there is a crack in the windshield on the drivers side that wasn't there before and he claims he didn't do it. he says it wasn't there when he dropped off the car and that someone vandalized the car overnight while it sat in the parking lot.

I hate when people do that. That happens here too. MAgical stuff always happens to peoples cars in the parking lot.
