I did yell at a customer once, they all backed me up on that though.

I used to work for a place who would drug test you if you got in a wreck in one of their vans. Doesn't matter if it's your fault or not. If you refuse the test, than you're gone.

no he quit, and on his last day he dropped a nut down a cylinder and trashed a 12,000 dollar engine. That I had to fix for free.
