Great time yesterday!!
Hanging out with everyone it feels like I have known them all for years and Covino, Rich, & spot are like friends that have a radio show we all listen to. got to show RockitDog & eddie some of NYC after the show, which was fun as hell, comedy was great, bowling was a great time JIU is the biggest prick asshole, he was the guy that no one wanted there, not sure why everyone hangs from his nuts :nutswinger: he said something douchey to the last comic and the guy ended his act short because of him

:rant: Holy crap.. I am so fucking bored. On my 3rd week into this new job and I still don't have a full idea of what I should be doing daily. I have learned that this place is complete chaos and desperately needs some organization brought in. Fuck, I have yet to see an employee handbook that tells of policies and crap I also have not seen a flipping lunch break yet. I was told yesterday that I am actually supposed to clock out when I take a lunch, but no fucking way will I do that if I gotta sit here and continue to answer phones at the same fucking time. Fuck that shit. While, I'm not the most organized person in the world myself, I need to have some order to my job to function well. I'm hoping to make some changes to keep myself from going fucking crazy in this place.
I am getting irritated with the lack of info being handed to me, too. They want me to do things this way, but then they spring on me all these exceptions, which has left me totally fucking confused. It would have been so much easier to explain it from the beginning. "In this case to this and in that case do that". I have been so fucking irritated this past week, that I was seriously thinking of quitting yesterday. There has been way too much stress for a job that is rather crappy as far as the pay. I am doing more stuff for less than my last job. If I survive the next few months, I'd better get a damn good raise, because I not planning on sticking this shit out forever otherwise. Another thing.. It's awfully weird when several different individuals keep begging me to just hang in theree and don't quit when I haven't said a damn thing about how frustrating this place is. :rant:

On a lighter note..... There is a guy who is the company gopher boy (go for this and go for that) He's actually an older black guy, who was a self-proclaimed player in his hey-day. The poor guy can't talk to me with out stammering out awkward compliments (if you want to call them that). He wants to call me "the Body" now, because he says I got it going on. Fucking hilarious.
Oh, I told Jim and he thinks I need a picture of him on my desk now to secure his position in my life. :roflmao:
