I have a friend that did that. He moved to Ca. for his job but the market sucks and there are plenty of foreclosed or short sold houses in his neighborhood. He was better off renting it for now.

This condo I just bought, I paid 1/3 of it's price when it was brand new 3 years ago.
I'm hoping in 5 to 10 years I'll be able to get something new and just rent this out.

I have a small fiber optic tree in my kitchen.

Small fiber optic = ok
Full size = kinda gay.

I don't care for pre-lit trees either. I like putting my own lights on it and a heck of a lot more lights.
