That is where I can not help you. I keep my files either on my laptop, external hard drive or falsh drive and play them from there, hook them up to the TV or DVD player if needed.

i don't care what file extension it is, personally, I'm the same way Pete, all my devices play any file type so I'm not handcuffed

My Sony BR I got for xmas last year won't. I use that one fro Netflix and BR's. I went out and got a Phillips DVD player for like $35 that plays all video files and use that one with a flash drive.
