Well I ended up withe the ambulance. They ran it out of oil and it died. I wonder if they were using it during an actual emergency. They had to have it towed here from about 3 hours away.

I put a 5 quarts of oil in it and it started right up.

For International warranty you have to go to the closest International dealership when your truck needs to be towed, in some parts of Ontario it is closer for them to come to us in Winnipeg. It's often found that the reason the unit died on the highway was because it ran out of fuel. Sometimes a 3 hour "warranty" tow ends up being customer pay and they are right pissed off.
