OK so it looks like the LaserJet is shared from a computer called PTS1.

Open File Explorer like I have show in the pic and in the address bar type \\PTS1 and hit enter. If the new laptop can see if when you do that than double click on it and it will install the printer driver that's used on PTS1. It could get a little more complicated than that, but this is where you want to start.
