Fiber Optic cable transmits data using light, where coax and cat5 use voltage to transmit. And fiber does have a much larger bandwidth.

I had a horrible, terrible dream last night... I didn't look pregnant, but I suddenly had a baby and it was a chubby lil thing with thick, dark hair and kinda Asian looking. Then the thing kept looking at me and saying "hi". It freaked me out.

No baby, I trying to not think about it though, the more I think about it, the more I want it out, the more I want it out and it doesn't come I get depressed...
and usually when you dream about a baby it may mean you are going to get pregnant or already are...

Right, but I think still, if you have fiber optics to your house, then coax, I still think the choke point for data is the network that you're connecting too.
