I agree that most of Ohio is a shithole. Cleveland, Cinci, Toledo, Akron, Youngstown, you dont even want to think about living there. But Columbus is a very nice city for anyone who does not hate OSU. If it is Columbus, I would do it.

That's the only reason I'm talking to him. A 5 year contract would beat the 10 years its going to take me to break even on the house.
