Asus Motherboard with build in video, sound, internet (cable, not wireless), 6 USB port, I can up that to 8, and dual monitor support (using both the VGA and DVI connections)
500gb hard drive
4gb 1333mhz ram -- i can add more cheaply, but Win XP wont use it, you will have 1 slot open if you upgrade and want to add more
Serial Port
case, fans, etc.
Currently its right at about $400 + tax

You could probably find a better deal. also, why not go with windows 7?
