i have the same problem with my stilletto home deck unit. its been in the same location for the past 6 years, ive never moved it nor the outside antenna yet since hurricane Irene, I cant get any sort of signal. Ive unplugged it from the power strip, tried to do a hard reset where i switch out one battery for another, ive spent over an hour on the phone with technical support and i still have no service. they told me that i should try to buy another unit. i told haji to fuck off and hung up on him.

does it say on the dash contact sirius?
sometimes they need to rebroadcast the signal, but if there is no signal than they can scan it and it will tell you immediately if its the car of the satelite.
usually, unless something has damaged the antenna, its the module/radio unit.
No, I had the signal sent, didn't work. It went in an out a few times. I am thinking it was something to do with the rain last night. I don't think it is the radio b/c everything else works.

How important is it!? I sometimes forget that someone asked me a question via text message when I am busy and it won't be until midnight when I scroll through my messages that I remember.

That issue was fixed on Friday afternoon/Saturday morning, he showed up once at our business property when he was picking up bulk fuel since it's across the road and texted twice.
