Yes, I got it from my personnel trainer
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tsp of butter
3 1/2 oz Colby cheese
1/2 med. apple
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Put cheese in between bread slices, grill and enjoy 1/2 an apple for dessert.

T, you ever make grilled cheese with a really sharp cheddeer? Fucking delicious. There is a chese I buy here, it's a Canadian Blakc Diamond super sharp white cheddar, slice that shit really thick and make the grilled cheese, probably my favorite type of grilled cheese.

I usually do two weeks of a high protein diet then switch to a week of high carbs.
