I just picked up an sks with 1800 rounds for $400 bucks. I've yet to shoot it, thought it was a good deal though. Count me in. Somebody's gonna have to bring food and water though....[/quote]
That is a good deal. What country was it manufactured in?[/quote] I think it's yougoslavian. I got it used from a friend of a friend that's moving to Florida. The guy said it was russian though. How can i tell? It looks more like the yougo ones i see on the internet. 500 of the bullets are wolf, wich i've heard suck. It's pretty heavy i don't know how much i'll shoot it. Would you scope that gun or you think you gotta keep it looking old school? We should really start that "guns" topic.
