I can't belive they are trying to allude to the fact that Joe Montana was the athlete that he was, in some part thanks to the help of shape ups. I haven't seen a worse endorsement since forrest gump and his ping pong paddles.

The one i saw has him saying how he played proffessional football for 16 years, and they allude to him owing it to wearing shape ups. That shit is weak.
The one with Randy Couture claiming his MMA success to some home gym rubber band thing is bullshit too.

Weird that Joe Montana would reappear on the scene like 15 years after he retired.
