So I call my drs office in my hometown to ask about the numbing pain in my leg. She calls me back and tells me to call the OBGYN in the city and see what he wants to do and if I can't get a hold of him to go to the emerg room...

Thats how it is here. You call the your DR. if he is there great, if not, you can go to another town, or go to the emergency room. It sucks. We only have 1 family practice DR. here.
