The story I got from people we know mutually is that he realized he fucked up. I don't really care, he made his bed.... he can lie in it. I moved on and am happy with my current relationship. Heck, I'm almost willing to say that the "m"-word is a strong possibly with what I have now. That ex and my other ex's are in my past and they shall stay back there.  (take notes Sterger....)
