Kilo Kai Rum

Has anyone had Kilo Kia Spiced Rum. I had it recommended to me, it is supposed to be way better than Captain (sorry Beckster).

I have tried a bunch of spiced rums and they never seem to compare to the Captain, not that the Captain is top shelf or anything, but it just has a real good taste. i would love to find one that compares or is even better, but I would fear that it would be far more expensive.

A price has a lot to do with it.... The Captain has a reasonable price and still tastes great. I am not out to break the bank to replace it either.

1 part Kilo Kai
Directions

Chill Kilo Kai. Pour it into a glass. Enjoy. Yes, you are a bad ass.

I found out that a store about 3 miles from my place carries this stuff. It set me back $20 (Capt is 14).

My take on it::: It's pretty good. Very similar to the Capt, very smooth. You can smell the caramel. I am still debating which is better..... I have all night to decide

It's pretty good. Really smooth. I think I like the Captain better still. I plan on doing further comparisons this weekend :mrgreen:

I finally found it in a store and bought a bottle but haven't tried it yet. Beckster what was your final verdict?

Really good stuff.. I need to buy more to do further comparisons, though. ;-).. I finished the bottle. There is a hint of vanilla flavor in it. I basically now have a 2nd favorite drink. All of my friends who have tried were also very impressed.
