I think this has inspired me to just have a fist full of ones on me. Next time we eat out, I could place the wad on the table (amount determined by where we are at and how much we'll spend). Then I'll tell the waiter/tress that it's their tip and if they slack off dollars will be removed from the pile. LOL

I know people that do that lol. While it kind of a dick move, it really does ensure great service (been there when he does it)

If my service is bad before I get my food I don't have the patience to sit and wait until the end to make a statement. I can't tell you how many places I've got up threw a couple dollors on the table to cover my drink and left before the food got there.
