Alot of trouble. Felony charges and shit. It was all rare 55-57 Chevys. And some ford rancheros. I guess the glass is pretty expensive, even if the rest of the car is worthless.

Yeah. I get breaking glass out of old shitty cars. Done it myself. Luckily I never stumbled onto rare ones like they did I guess.

I guess that makes sense for older cars.
There probably isn't enough of a market for old glass like that to call for enough production to bring the price down.

I remember one time, kinda recently, well, in my over-21-years, we were coming out of, or going into a strip club.
And someone had an empty pint bottle or two. And the strip club was next to a junk yard. With an old minivan within site beyond the fence.
So naturally we threw the pints at it. Someone hit it square in the window and the bottle just bounced off it.
We were all a little bummed.
