I'm trying to think of an application that you would need concrete, but no roads to get there.

Ski slopes maybe? when they build new ski lifts, they probaly use concrete to set the towers.

for some reason I remember alot of windows an siding phone calls. i havent had a tellemarketer call since I got rid of my house phone 10 years ago though.
