Yes. Not knowing where to buy tires or clean glass is a fail.

I'm talking about getting rid of the hard water stains, or what ever the fuck they are that dont just wash off with windex. Also ever fucking one of us has a car or two, and no one can recommend a tire? There are like 20 different manufactures of tires

so once again, your answer of tire store and windex is a complete failure

I think its hard water etching or something like that, the internets recommended steel wool or a polishing compound with a buffer, or something like miguires product.

I need new tires for my car, I was looking at the michelin defender, but at 180 each that kinda spendy

if you want some decent all seasons, go with some ContiproContact.

if you need to remove water stains, glass cleaner will not do anything. Steel wool to scrub it off, then some carnuba wax. Just use some simple turtle wax as a protectant/repelant

Haha.

Well, have you tried windex and a tire store?
They both work for me.
Maybe you're just doing it wrong?

I've tried a number of glass cleaners, aint doing shit. I'm gonna have to find some 000 steel wool somewhere and get to scrubbing, use just water with the steel wool, or a water vinegar mix?

yeah need all season tires, preferably something high mileage 75/90K

I don't even know what brand of tires I have on right now.
Goodyear maybe.
I used to get Michelin, but I don't think they were worth the money.
