I wish I could get the opportunity to open another one up in this area. I could probably rent the same amount of space I had in Jersey @ $9500 a month and get it for like $1600 a month here. I've been to a few halls in this area and their marketing sucks and the places are shitty. My old place in Jersey would bring me a fortune here. We had serious players in during the week and a DJ and shit on the weekends.
