I plan on making my kid go to a community college to start. It would be a heck of a lot cheaper and she could even get a 2 year degree, then transfer to another college if need be.

I went to ITT, and honestly, other then a couple of little tricks in AutoCAD, I didn't learn anything.
The job I got, I could have done right out of high school, and saved about $20,000.
And I would have learned more in 2 years working, then I did in those 2 years at school.

Its all about who you know to make any good money in the NYC area

C&R knew the right people to get a show at SiriusXM

Same here. I got awesome grades, nothing but praise from my practicum teachers then I went for interviews they told me I was too young and hired a bunch of mommies.

You either have too many skills or too much experience (which means they would have to pay you more than they want to) or you don't have enough.
