well ever since they fired the parts guy, and moved the other mechanic into be the service writer. I have had to look up all my own parts, and call the customers, so I can get a proper description of the concern. Then call them when their cars are ready. So i've been busy doing 3 different jobs...... :flame:

Those 2 idiots are also on facebook all day. I'll be pissed if they get us on some sort of restricted internet deal.
