CBC was actually talking about what refs they're going to put in the Philly/Pitt series. And how they can't just load it up with all the top refs because the other teams will get mad.

It doesn't have to be the top refs, it just has to be guys who understand they need to call a very strict consistent game ALL game. Once people start getting away with shit, the other side will do the same and it will be mayhem like last Sunday. This Saturday, they did a great job keeping it diffused.
